Nelson Bridges is currently partnered with a very reputable, long-established local firm that is looking to appoint a Family Legal Secretary to join their Washington office on a permanent full-time basis.
On a day-to-day basis, you will provide strong secretarial support to the head of the department, whilst working in a friendly and supportive environment.
Main Duties Include;
* Dealing with clients by telephone and/or in person.
* Reception duties as and when required.
* Filing and other clerical duties.
* Dairy Management
* Audio Typing
* File management, in accordance with Quality Procedures Manual, SRA Code, LAA
Previous experience in a solicitor’s office is an advantage although not necessarily in family law work as full support and training can be provided.
