Salary: £DOE+ pension + career progression

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday,

Working on behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for a number of Laboratory Technicians to join their successful company.

About you

* You will be computer literate, able to work on your own initiative and be used to working as part of a small, flexible team.

* You will be flexible in your approach and enjoy training and learning new skills.

The Role and what you will learn: -

* Carry out analysis by wet chemistry techniques,

* analyse samples for vitamins mineral analysis and enzymes together with NIR analysis of raw materials, feeds and forages

* Assist the Services Manager, Senior Analyst and Senior NIR technician in the effective performance of their duties

* Specific responsibility for all aspects of sample preparation.

* Ensure the laboratories, stock rooms and associated areas and all equipment within are clean and properly maintained.

* Ensure that all samples are stored correctly and clearly.
