Job Title: Ecologist

Location: Crawley (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking an Ecologist to join a property consultancy in their office near Crawley. As the successful Ecologist you’ll be working on sites across the south in Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent. You’ll need to be confident enough to work on your own and take the lead role in the Ecology side of the business.

The Company

This company is a property consultancy with multiple offices across Surrey. Established in the 1800’s, this property consultancy employee nearly 70 people and offer a variety of services such as sales, lettings, ecology, town planning, rural surveying, commercial agency and property management.

The role will require

* Protected species surveys

* Prepare reports

* Ecological impact assessments

* Biodiversity net gain calculations

* Offer advise, and keep up to date with ecological legislation and policy

* Work closely with the town planning team

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* MCIEEM

* Degree Ecology or related

* 3+ years of experience

* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Salary & Benefits

* Up to to £40,000 DOE
