We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a Leading Piling & Ground Engineering Contractor who operate nationally. Our client offers specialist Piling services using various Piling techniques, in all industry sectors. This role will offer a Hybrid working opportunity for the right candidate with excellent career progression working for a market leading Piling & Ground Engineering contractor.

Relevant Qualifications needed;

* Degree Qualified

* Progressed steadily from a Groundworks, Piling or related Sub-contracting background

* Previously worked in the Civil engineering sector.

* Previous experience in a similar role as either an Intermediate QS or Quantity Surveyor level.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment

* The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client

* The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.

* The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts

* Contract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers.
