Position: Interim Disrepair Surveyor

* Location: South West London

* Rate: £40 - £50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed disrepair surveys, identifying and assessing property maintenance issues.

* Prepare accurate reports outlining findings and recommended actions.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.

* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Disrepair Surveyor, showcasing your expertise in property maintenance.

* Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
