Job Title: Probate Private Client Solicitor

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: £40,000 – 60,000 + Benefits

Duration: Perm/Full-time, Hybrid

A progressive opportunity for a Probate Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join an established and leading law firm based in South Birmingham. As a Probate Private Client Solicitor, you will be part of an accomplished team of Solicitors, and you will be recognised for your dedication to providing exceptional client service.

The Role:

As Probate Private Client Solicitor, you will enjoy a unique level of autonomy and individual control over your caseload. The firm understands that each solicitor has their own approach to providing legal services, and they encourage you to bring your unique expertise and style to the table. Your key responsibilities as a Probate Private Client Solicitor are:

* Dealing with probate matters related to trusts and estates.

* Contributing to the growth of the Wills and LPA services.

* Financial and estate planning.

* Offering high-quality private client advice, ensuring an exceptional client service experience.

Qualifications:

* UK Qualified Probate Private Client Solicitor with a strong record, preferably possessing 3+ years PQE in a similar private client capacity.

* Prior experience within a reputable private client department, accompanied by adept client-facing skills.
