As MEP, Sustainability and Digital Engineering experts, the company utilises their Leeds and London offices to win work nationally, servicing key clients throughout the residential, mixed-use, education and leisure sectors to name but a few. This approach has seen the business trade successfully for many years, deliver numerous noteworthy schemes across the UK and position themselves well for the future.

Succession planning in any business is crucial, looking to the future and ensuring driven, talented performers have the opportunity to shine. With these thoughts firmly in mind, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high performing Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join the business as part of the senior management team at Associate, Associate Director or Technical Director level. This hands-on role will focus predominantly on delivery, working closely with the Regional Director to ensure projects won are delivered to time, quality and cost. A small M&E Design Team is already in place to utilise and grow, with the freedom to develop your own clients.

The successful applicant will be a seasoned deliverer of projects first and foremost, technically able and willing to get involved in day to day M&E services design, whilst motivating a team to achieve great results. Everyone involved with the company is hands on and client facing, encouraging a real team work ethic and it is essential all interested partes quickly buy in to this coordinated philosophy.

Applications are invited from HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning) Design Engineers who can demonstrate a successful track record of completing challenging building services projects, maintaining a positive can-do approach across the team and installing a high degree of confidence with customers. Finally, due to the unique complexity and often contractual nature of the construction industry, a firm understanding and heightened commercial awareness of project delivery would be required, to successfully operate at this level
