Description

We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Surveyor to join our well established client on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of property management/ownership of behalf of our Landlord client including but not limited to all aspects of:
Professional work such as completing lease renewals, rent reviews, drafting leases and AST’s
Agency work such as negotiating Heads of Terms with occupiers and potential tenants, drafting marketing particulars and marketing vacant premises, conducting inspections and viewings
Valuation work including all red book valuations and development valuations……
Property management such as liaising with occupiers, arranging repairs and dealing with architects, building surveyors, solicitors and contractors…
